OJ, OJ, OJ

as of right now, OJ Simpson is being charged with about 10 felonies, one including kidnapping.  apparently, OJ held up collectors of OJ Simpson memorabilia.  he claimed that the items had been stolen and he simply wanted them back.  he spent 3 nights in jail,  and is charged with conspiracy and several other felonies involving a deadly weapon.  there were allegedly 5 men accompanying Simpson, and a few of them already have criminal records.  while OJ is out on bail, there is still one suspect that is being sought.  i’m interested to find out what is going to happen with this case. maybe OJ will actually do jail time finally. i’m sure the media is going to have a hayday with the case and it’s going to be interesting to see who eventually is convicted of what.

Library Tour

during the tour of the library, ther were several things that i learned and they were definitely kind of interesting. the part of the tour that i found to be of the most interest was the government records.  it was pretty crazy that librarians were asked to destroy govt. documents as a safety precaution. it makes perfect sense of course, but i just never thought that i’d have it effect me personally.  the archives were sort of interesting, but to be honest i felt like it was a bit much for me. the school puts its archives on a pedastal almost and i just don’t think that it’s that important. but i’m not running the school, somebody else is.

First Post

This is my first post and I hope I’m doing it right. I’ve had trouble setting up my page and I’ve just now figured it all out. A little late but I guess better than never.  I don’t really know what to put in here just yet but I’m sure eventually I’ll figure it out. I think this is long enough for my first post, cause I would be really pissed if I spent a bunch of time writing a long post and it never work because I did it wrong.
